If you place an order by 12:00 on a business day, we plan to ship it within 3 business days. (We do not ship on holidays.)

● Home delivery (Sagawa Express) Shipping fee: 660 yen nationwide except Okinawa, 1,100 yen for Okinawa

*The number of days it takes for products such as pre-sales to be shipped may vary.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to customer convenience.

However, we will accept returns and exchanges if the following conditions are met:

●I received a product different from the one I ordered.
●There was a problem with the product.

In either case, we will respond if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

*There may be cases where we are unable to accommodate an exchange, such as when we are unable to arrange for the same product. In such cases, please understand that we will provide a refund.
